Al-Kavsar Prime LLC is Hiring Dedicated Lane Dispatchers / Sales Dispatchers

We are currently looking for experienced dispatchers who understand the dedicated freight market and know how to build long-term relationships with brokers and direct shippers.

We are not looking for regular “book one load and disappear” dispatchers.

We need people who can help the company secure and develop consistent freight lanes for our fleet.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Dispatchers with experience working on dedicated lanes

• Sales dispatchers who can negotiate and build strong broker relationships

• People who know how to secure daily or weekly freight volume

• Dispatchers who understand lane planning, market strategy, and fleet management

• Experience with DAT, carrier packets, broker communication, and load negotiations

• Someone who can help grow long-term business, not only cover trucks for one day
