Requirements:

• English proficiency: C1 level or higher
• Russian: C1
• Spanish: Advantage
• Prior experience in administrative, office, or customer service roles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Answer and process inbound calls
• Maintain accurate and professional documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English with U.S.-based clients and healthcare partners
• Deliver exceptional customer service and problem-solving support
