About the Role:
We are recruiting Customer Service Operators for a UK-based services company. This is an inbound customer service position where you will assist customers, resolve issues, and deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
As part of your development, you will receive a monthly one-to-one mentorship programme designed to support your professional growth and help you succeed in your role.

Requirements:

Advanced spoken English

Previous customer-facing or contact centre experience is preferred

Willingness to work in an office-based environment
