Requirements

Bachelor's degree is preferred.

2+ years of experience in trucking safety and compliance.

Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.

Experience managing Driver Qualification (DQ) files, Hours of Service (HOS), driver onboarding, and compliance documentation.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) files and ensure all compliance records are accurate and up to date.

Ensure full compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.

Monitor driver qualification documents, medical certificates, and driver's licenses.

Track Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and assist with internal and external audit preparation.

Support the driver onboarding process and maintain complete compliance documentation.

Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
