We’re hiring: 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿 — 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴
𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗢 𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 is a U.S. logistics company. We’re looking for a Driver Recruiter to join our Tashkent office.
𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 𝟮+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗨.𝗦. 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 (driver recruiting and dispatch). Candidates without this experience will not be considered — please do not apply.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
Source owner-operators via Craigslist, Facebook, Telegram, Indeed and keep job ads running
Call leads, run phone screenings, present the company program
Verify documents (CDL-A, MVR/PSP, medical card), arrange drug tests and onboarding
Maintain the lead database and reports, support new drivers during their first 30 days
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
𝟮+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗨.𝗦. 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 — recruiting, dispatch, (mandatory)
Age 25+
Understanding of the owner-operator model and basic DOT/FMCSA requirements
Strong phone sales skills, persistence, results-driven
English C1+ (spoken and written)
Russian C1+ (spoken and written)
Google Sheets / Excel, QM TMS
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:
Base salary + bonus for every hired driver who stays with the company
Tashkent office, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Tashkent, 6-day week
