Work Schedule: Night Shift
Available shifts: 02:00–12:00 or 06:00–16:00
Experience: 1+ year of experience
Language Requirements: Advanced English
Load Type: Street Loads Only
Salary: Good salary
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and update active loads throughout the shift.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and other parties regarding load status.
• Identify and resolve issues related to active loads.
• Provide timely updates on pickup, delivery, delays, and other changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date load information.
• Follow up on operational issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of Updater experience.
• Advanced English.
• Experience working with street loads.
• Ability to solve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a night shift from the office.
