Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Collection Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Collect and verify trucking, driver, safety, equipment, and insurance data
Maintain accurate company databases
Follow up on missing or incomplete information
Work closely with Safety Departments and internal teams
Check documents for errors, missing information, and expiration dates
Review and control the work of junior collectors
Prepare reports for management
Maintain strong relationships with Safety teams and external contacts
Improve Data Collection processes and data accuracy
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience
Good understanding of U.S. trucking operations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
