Job Details
Requirements:
• 12–18 months of US trucking dispatch experience.
• Hands-on experience with DAT load boards.
• Strong spoken English (C1 preferred).
•Good negotiation and market analysis skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Professional, patient, and respectful communication with owner-operators and brokers.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a remote work environment. (during the shift)
Responsibilities:
• Find and negotiate profitable loads.
• Analyze market rates and lane opportunities.
• Maintain good relationships with drivers and brokers.
• Keep trucks moving efficiently and work closely with the team.
