Job Details
Sourcing and conducting interviews with truck drivers (Owner Operators) across the United States
Work with TMS + Google Sheets
Maintaining and updating a database of drivers
Checking and uploading driver documents in TMS
Making warm calls to potential candidates from existing databases (generated through paid platforms
Performing other tasks related to driver recruiting and HR processes
Requirements:
Good computer skills
Fluent SPOKEN English + Russian
(no barriers)
Attention to details in documentation and responsibility
Personal laptop required
