Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise ELD department employees.
• Participate in hiring and recruitment.
• Monitor employee performance and maintain quality control.
• Ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
• English and Russian proficiency.
• Strong management and communication skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: $1,000+ per month + KPI, discussed during the interview.
