Work Experience: 1+ year of experience as a Fleet Manager

Fleet Size: 100+ trucks

Salary: $1,000+, depending on experience and ability to fully manage the shift

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of a fleet of 100+ trucks.
• Monitor fleet performance and ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and other relevant departments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor truck utilization and address operational issues when necessary.
• Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of fleet-related problems.
• Take full responsibility for managing the shift and overseeing its operations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Fleet Manager.
• Ability to manage a fleet of 100+ trucks.
• Ability to independently manage the entire shift.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks and make decisions effectively.

Salary and Compensation:

• Salary starts from $1,000+.
• Final compensation will be discussed during the interview based on experience and the ability to fully manage the shift.
