Requirements

- Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek

- Quick decision-making abilities
- Responsible and capable of working in a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage problems of at least 30 drivers
- Time management skills
- Familiarity with updating brokers via their company's platforms
- Working with USPS loads gives privilege
