Position: Amazon Load Updater

We are looking for an experienced and responsible professional to join our team as an Amazon Load Updater. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in updating and monitoring Amazon loads within the trucking industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Updater
• Ability to work with Amazon loads
• Strong understanding of trucking operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Available to work any shift
• Age: 20+

Responsibilities:

• Track all active loads in real time
• Make scheduled check calls with drivers
• Update Amazon on ETA and any occurred issues when necessary
• Monitor Amazon systems (on-time pickup, in-transit, delivered status)
• Identify and resolve delays, breakdowns, and HOS-related issues
• Provide a clean and accurate shift handoff to the next updater
