Responsibilities:

Track active loads and shipments

Communicate with brokers and customers

Provide timely load updates

Monitor drivers and shipment status

Handle check calls

Collect and update POD/BOL documents

Maintain accurate and up-to-date load information

Resolve basic load-related issues during after-hours
-
Shift: After-hours / Night shift
-
Salary: Fixed salary + growth opportunities
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of trucking experience: Mandatory

Good English communication skills

Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsible and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently during after-hours

Willingness to learn and grow with the company
