Freight Type: Spot Loads (Dry Van / Power Only / Reefer / Flatbed)

Responsibilities:

• Update and monitor active freight loads.

• Communicate with brokers, carriers, and dispatchers.

• Track load progress and ensure timely status updates.

• Maintain accurate information in the company system.

• Resolve issues quickly and support smooth load operations.

Requirements:

• English proficiency: C1 level or higher (Required).

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Updater.

• Experience working with the QM system.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Availability to work all shifts.
