Responsibilities
- Monitor and update customer loads in Quick Manage (QM)
- Provide timely delivery updates and maintain accurate shipment tracking
- Resolve load-related issues quickly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with drivers and the dispatch team
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year
- Hands-on experience with Quick Manage (QM)
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure during night hours
- Open to everyone 18+
