Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as an Update Specialist.

Strong knowledge of Amazon Relay is required.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work night shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and update shipment statuses in Amazon Relay.

Track active loads and ensure timely status updates.

Communicate with drivers and brokers regarding load progress.

Resolve delivery issues and report delays when necessary.

Maintain accurate records and provide real-time updates to the team.

Ensure all load information is updated correctly and on time.
