Experience:
1.5+ years of live dispatch experience with real load board experience (DAT/Amazon)
Requirements:
• Age: 19+
• IELTS: Overall 7.0+ (Writing 6.5+)
• 1.5+ years of live dispatch experience with hands-on DAT and Amazon Relay load board experience
• Ability to manage and monitor every truck's location, status, ETA, and upcoming appointments in the TMS
• Keep brokers informed and resolve load-related issues in real time
• Protect account performance metrics by proactively working with Relay Support before late arrivals or cancellations affect the score
• Experience with trailer hooks, yard check-ins, drop-and-hook operations, and live loads at the facility level
• Ability to respond quickly to weather conditions, facility closures, refused loads, and reroute or rebook freight without delays
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts
