- On-site position only — NO remote work
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with TMS Platforms (Ditat, Datatruck or similar)
Tasks
- Monitor and update shipment statuses in the company’s tracking system
- Communicate with drivers to confirm location, estimated delivery times, and potential delays
- Ensure data accuracy in transportation management systems (TMS)
- Provide accurate and timely updates to customers and dispatchers
