Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Update Specialist for Main and After-hours shifts. The position requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle 10–25 drivers while maintaining accurate communication and service quality.
Work Schedule:
Main shift: 16:00 – 01:00 UZB time
After-hours shift: 01:00 – 10:00 UZB time
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Ability to work with Data Truck
Responsible and punctual
Stress-resistant
Strong multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues when they occur
Responsibilities:
Handle 10–25 drivers
Track drivers and loads to ensure high-quality performance
Provide accurate and timely updates
Ensure customer service and communication standards are met
Resolve operational issues as they occur
Keep load and driver information accurate and up to date
