Responsibilities:

Track and update Dry Van and Amazon loads.

Maintain communication with drivers and dispatchers.

Monitor shipment status and report delays.

Update load information in the system.

Ensure accurate and timely shipment updates.
Requirements:

More than 2 years of experience as an Update Specialist.

Experience with Dry Van and Amazon loads.
-
Fluent English and Russian.

Ability to work any shift.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
