Requirements
- Ability to manage updates and fleet operations for 15–20 trucks
- Russian and English are mandatory
- Experience working with TMS
- Knowledge of Detention, Layover, TONU, and other accessorials
- Practical knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance
- Ability to coordinate repairs with drivers, mechanics, repair shops, dealerships, and roadside assistance
- Experience handling breakdowns, tire issues, towing, and emergency repairs
- Ability to schedule preventive maintenance, oil changes, and DOT inspections
- Monitor repair progress, maintenance history, invoices, and vehicle documentation
- Quickly resolve driver, load, and equipment-related issues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Students will not be considered
