Job Details
Tasks
- Design websites, landing pages, and UX flows in Figma
- Build wireframes and prototypes that map to clear user journeys
- Apply visual hierarchy and responsive design best practices across devices
- Identify UX and conversion problems using funnel data, heatmaps, and session recordings
- Form conversion hypotheses tied to design changes
- Prioritize and structure A/B tests, and define success metrics
- Optimize CTAs and landing pages based on test results
- Report on what was tested, what worked, and why
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UI/UX design experience
- Website and landing page design
- Wireframing and UX flows
- Responsive design
- Figma proficiency
- Strong visual hierarchy skills
- Prototyping
- Ability to explain design decisions through a conversion lens (problem → solution → hypothesis → test → metric)
