Vazifalar
- Tracked and updated load statuses throughout pickup, transit, and delivery.
- Communicated with drivers to obtain real-time location updates and ETAs.
- Provided shipment updates to dispatchers, brokers, and customers.
- Maintained accurate load information in the transportation management system (TMS).
- Reported delays and resolved delivery issues by coordinating with drivers and dispatch.
