Truck Dispatcher (DAT & Amazon Relay)

Language Requirement: Fluent English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and coordinate trucks using DAT Load Board and Amazon Relay.

• Search for and book profitable loads while negotiating rates with brokers.

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes and provide timely operational updates.

• Resolve dispatching and operational issues efficiently.

• Maintain professional communication with drivers, brokers, and customers.

• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while meeting customer expectations.

• Keep dispatch records accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Truck Dispatcher.

• Strong knowledge of DAT Load Board and Amazon Relay.

• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
