FOX LOGISTICS CO. is looking for an experienced STREET DISPATCHER to join its office in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of dispatch operations and be able to independently manage multiple trucks, communicate with brokers, negotiate rates, and resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong experience with DAT, JB Hunt, Dry Van & USPS — mandatory
Ability to manage 6-10+ trucks independently
Excellent broker communication skills
Strong rate negotiation skills
Experience with load sourcing and lane building
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to handle TONU, Detention, Layover & Disputes
Responsibilities:
Independently managing 6-10+ trucks
Sourcing suitable loads through DAT, JB Hunt, Dry Van & USPS
Building efficient lanes for assigned trucks
Communicating with brokers and negotiating rates
Monitoring dispatch operations and solving issues as they arise
Handling TONU, Detention, Layover & Disputes
Conditions:
Location: Samarkand, Uzbekistan
Work Format: OFFICE ONLY — NO REMOTE
