Job Details

Requirements:

  • Education: College degree or above in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5+ years of production management experience in large or medium-sized spinning enterprises. Familiar with mainstream processes such as ring spinning, rotor spinning, or vortex spinning. Experience in overseas Chinese-funded textile enterprises is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Chinese; Routine communication skills in Russian or Uzbek are highly preferred.
  • Management Skills: Strong leadership, execution, and stress tolerance; adept at solving sudden on-site production problems; understanding of localized management to motivate local staff.
  • Professionalism: Highly responsible, in good health, and able to adapt to a long-term overseas working rhythm.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Production Management: Oversee the daily production and operation of the spinning mill; formulate and execute production plans to ensure targets for output value, volume, quality, and delivery schedules are met.
  • Process & Quality Control: Establish and improve technical standards and quality control systems; minimize production waste; optimize the efficiency and quality of all processes, including cotton blending, blowroom, carding, drawing, roving, ring spinning, and winding.
  • Equipment O&M: Guide the routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of textile machinery to improve equipment utilization and ensure safe production.
  • Local Team Building: Responsible for the recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and daily management of Uzbek local staff; enhance the technical skills and motivation of shift supervisors and line workers.
  • Cost Control: Manage on-site production costs, optimize material consumption, energy use, and labor costs; cooperate with the finance department for regular inventory and cost analysis.
  • External Coordination: Liaison with local government authorities (e.g., power supply, environmental protection, labor bureau) on behalf of the factory to promote localized integration.
