Requirements
- Experience: Min. 1.5 years in U.S. CDL-A driver recruitment
- Fluent English mandatory
- Proven hiring results, ready to discuss your monthly hire numbers in the interview
- Strong cold calling and objection handling skills, high call volume comfort
- Solid understanding of CPM, sign-on bonuses, home time, and driver pay structures
Compensation Details
- +1500 USD (Base + KPI)
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday from 5:00 PM till 2:00 AM
