Job Details

Requirements:

  • Education: College degree or above; majors in Textile Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in textile raw materials (especially chemical fibers, filaments, yarns, or garment accessories); candidates with local sales experience or an existing network of clients in the Uzbek textile industry are highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Russian or Uzbek as a working language (both spoken and written) is mandatory; native or fluent in Chinese (Outstanding bilingual local talents are also welcome to apply).
  • Core Competencies: Sharp market insight, excellent commercial negotiation skills, and strong capability to develop new clients independently.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, resilient, adaptable to frequent travel for client visits, and comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Responsible for developing sales channels for Spandex, Polyester DTY, Sewing Thread, and Cotton Yarn in Uzbekistan and Central Asian markets. Identify and target local weaving mills, knitting factories, sock manufacturers, garment factories, and traders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular client visits, deeply analyze customer needs, and increase order shares and loyalty from key accounts.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Lead commercial negotiations, contract signing, order tracking, shipping coordination, and accounts receivable collections to ensure financial safety.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze local market trends, competitors' strategies, price fluctuations, and policy updates regarding textile raw materials; provide timely feedback to the headquarters to adjust sales strategies.
  • Local Collaboration: Guide and cooperate with local sales assistants to handle daily customer reception, sample distribution, and after-sales services.
