Responsibilities
- Contact clients by phone
- Present services professionally
- Convert leads into customers
- Manage assigned leads and make timely follow-up calls
- Maintain client relationships
- Update CRM data
- Complete daily calling tasks
- Prepare basic reports
- Meet daily/monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with team for efficient lead processing
