Requirements
- Experience: 1-1.5 years
- Age: 20+
Tasks
- Ensure FMCSA, DOT, and state regulatory compliance.
- Monitor HOS, drug/alcohol testing, driver qualification, insurance, vehicle requirements, and maintain safety records/documentation.
- Conduct driver training on safety, performance, violations, conflict resolution, and safe practices.
- Perform facility, yard, terminal, and fleet safety inspections; prepare for DOT/FMCSA audits.
- Monitor safety KPIs (accidents, crashes, CSA indicators, violations); improve based on data and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, operations, HR, and management to resolve safety issues and recommend improvements.
