Safety Specialist

Shift: Main Shift

Requirements:

1. 1–2 years of experience in a trucking safety or compliance department.

2. Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.

3. Hands-on experience managing Driver Qualification (DQ) files.

4. Solid understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.

5. Experience with driver onboarding and compliance documentation.

6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and review Driver Qualification (DQ) files.

2. Monitor driver compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.

3. Track and manage Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.

4. Assist with driver onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety and compliance records.

6. Identify compliance issues and assist in resolving them promptly.

7. Support the safety department with daily compliance-related tasks.
