Tasks

• Ensure full compliance with FMCSA, USDOT, and MC authority regulations
• Manage and maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQF) for all company drivers
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and ELD data accuracy
• Track and improve CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability) scores across BASIC categories
• Oversee DOT drug and alcohol testing program compliance
• Conduct driver safety training and onboarding for new hires
• Handle DOT audits, roadside inspections, and violation resolutions
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and inspection records per FMCSA standards
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare required DOT reports
