Job Requirements:
• Monitor driver compliance with company safety policies and FMCSA regulations
• Communicate with drivers regarding safety violations, incidents, inspections, and documentation requirements
• Review safety reports, inspections, and violations to ensure compliance standards are met • Monitor driver behavior and provide guidance regarding company safety procedures
• Handle accident reports, roadside inspections, and safety-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety operations
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and other departments to resolve safety-related matters
• Assist drivers with safety
