Responsibilities:

• Monitoring driver compliance and safety records

• Handling HOS violations

• Managing inspections, accidents, and claims

• Maintaining company safety scores

• Communicating with drivers regarding safety procedures

• Ensuring DOT/FMCSA compliance

Requirements:

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
