Job Details
Female candidates only. In-house only (Training provided).
Tasks
- Ensure FMCSA, DOT, and state regulatory compliance.
- Monitor HOS, drug/alcohol testing, driver qualifications, insurance, and vehicle requirements; maintain safety records.
- Train drivers on safety, performance, violations, and conflict resolution.
- Inspect facilities, yards, terminals, and fleets; prepare for DOT/FMCSA audits.
- Monitor and improve safety KPIs (accidents, crashes, CSA indicators, violations).
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, operations, HR, and management to resolve safety issues.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-12 months
- Age: 20+
- CV and IELTS certificate (if applicable).
- 2-minute audio background description.

- Shift: 08:00 AM-18:00 PM EST
