Safety Onboarding Specialist

Requirements

• IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent English proficiency
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations efficiently
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willingness to learn safety and driver onboarding procedures
• Experience: No experience required (entry-level candidates are welcome)
• Gender: Open to all candidates
• Age: No restrictions

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Basic knowledge of driver onboarding procedures
• Familiarity with MVR and PSP reports
• Basic understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing procedures
• Experience working with driver qualification documents and compliance records
