Experience in the U.S. trucking industry as a Safety Specialist is required.
Responsibilities:
• Handle general company requests and operational issues • Process insurance endorsement changes • Assist with driver hiring • Handle accident-related cases • Review inspections • Submit IFTA filings • Submit Form 2290 tax filings • Handle DataQ requests • Prepare Truck Binders • Obtain CTC certificates • Obtain temporary Oregon pass permits • Monitor compliance-related tasks and requirements
Requirements:
• Experience as a Safety Specialist in the U.S. trucking industry • Good English communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up on issues
