Safety & Compliance Manager

LUCID ELD provides safety and compliance services for U.S. trucking carriers.

Responsibilities:

1+ year of experience

• Serve as the primary safety contact for carrier clients, handling FMCSA, DOT, and state compliance, audit preparation, and HOS/ELD monitoring through Samsara.
• Monitor CSA/SMS, review inspections and crash reports, and handle DataQs/CPDP challenges.
• Maintain DQ files and track document expirations, including CDLs, medical cards, PSPs, and MVRs. Coordinate drug/alcohol testing and Clearinghouse queries.
• Handle IRP, IFTA, UCR, MCS-150, weight/mileage tax filings, and state permits.
• Manage accident documentation and cargo, physical damage, and liability claims. Coordinate with insurers and TPAs and provide citation support.

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Russian.
• Hands-on experience with Samsara, FMCSA Portal, DataQs, Clearinghouse, and IRP/IFTA systems.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple drivers.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.
