Requirements
- 1.5–2 years of dispatching experience
- Strong experience working with DAT
- Experience dispatching Reefer and Dry Van trailers
- Good knowledge of the U.S. trucking market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to find and book profitable loads
- Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
