Responsibilities:

Manage and dispatch reefer loads.

Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers.

Negotiate rates, pickup and delivery details.

Track loads and monitor delivery schedules.

Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth transportation.
Requirements:

2+ years of reefer dispatch experience.

Advanced English.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple loads.
