• Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit CDL drivers
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. driver market, including pay packages, lease vs. company models, and owner-operator models
- Manage the recruitment process
- Handle objections and negotiate offers
- Coordinate with Safety, Compliance & Dispatch
• Requirements:
