Requirements
- 3+ years of proven project management experience
- Background in vocational education (TVET), skills assessment, or professional certification systems
- Full professional fluency in English and Russian (Uzbek is an advantage)

- Demonstrated ability to lead international meetings, partner negotiations, and expert working groups
- High organizational efficiency and proficiency in standard digital/office tools
