Product Designer
Salary: Negotiable
Job Details
We're hiring: Product Designer. Our client is building an AI-powered financial data platform for the modern enterprise - agentic workflows that help finance teams clean, transform, and structure data without writing a line of code. Think of it as a 'Lovable for data pipelines,' turning messy financial data into production-ready workflows through natural language. The company is backed by tier-1 venture firms and serves media companies, retailers, and manufacturers who need reliable metrics and automated reporting. This is a foundational design hire. Working closely with the lead PM and technical leadership, you'll own end-to-end product design - from user research with finance teams to high-fidelity prototypes and production handoff - and shape how AI-powered data transformation feels: intuitive, conversational, and trustworthy enough for auditors to sign off on.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience shipping web applications, with a portfolio showing complex workflows made simple
- Strong interaction design chops — you think in flows and states, not just screens
- Proficiency in Figma
- A plus: experience with data/BI tools, AI or conversational product design, fintech, or enterprise UX patterns (permissions, audit trails, bulk actions)
Schedule
- Remote, initially part-time with flexibility to grow
- 2-4 hours of overlap with EST
Typical pay for this role
