Operations & Safety Coordinator

Fixed Salary Discussed in Person based on Experience + Year End Bonus  

Aral Cargo LLC is a U.S.-based trucking company operating 25+ trucks across America. Our Tashkent team runs the back office — and we are growing fast.

We need one sharp, organized person to own our compliance and safety operations.

What you'll do:

— Track our FMCSA safety score weekly and report directly to the Manager

— Maintain all driver files and compliance records in Dropbox — clean, labeled, current

— Build and update an Excel dashboard showing safety trends and violations

— Pick up whatever is open and needs doing — this is a real operations role, not a desk job

— Lead Driver Onboardings, Clearinghouse, DataQs and Drug Tests

— Be the contact person for claims, accidents and safety related items.

— Be the first call when a US truck breaks down — coordinate the repair vendor, document the incident

What we need:

— Fluent English (written + spoken) — you communicate with US drivers and vendors daily

— Strong Excel and computer skills

— Obsessively organized

— Background in logistics, transportation, or compliance

— Must be based in Tashkent, available to work in person

Year-end bonus paid in December tied to safety score improvement.
