Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Operations Assistant with strong knowledge of commercial trucking insurance operations.
Responsibilities:
Process insurance endorsements
Handle policy cancellations and reinstatements
Work with claims and supporting documentation
Process driver and vehicle additions/removals
Handle policy changes and coverage updates
Communicate with insurance carriers and clients
Follow up on pending requests until completion
Review issued endorsements for accuracy
Maintain CRM and internal records
Track deadlines and urgent cases
Support COI and policy servicing requests when needed
Requirements:
3+ years of insurance operations experience
Experience with commercial trucking insurance is preferred
Strong knowledge of endorsements, claims, cancellations, and reinstatements
Good English communication skills
Strong follow-up and documentation skills
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases at the same time
Experience with CRM, Google Workspace, and Excel
