WE’RE HIRING — OPERATIONS ASSISTANT. Hiring an experienced Operations Assistant for commercial trucking insurance operations.
Responsibilities
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Manage claims, driver/vehicle changes, and coverage updates
- Communicate with carriers and clients
- Follow up on pending requests
- Review endorsements for accuracy
- Maintain CRM/records, track deadlines
- Support COI and policy servicing
Requirements
- 3+ years insurance operations experience
- Commercial trucking insurance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of endorsements, claims, and cancellations
- Good English communication
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases
- Experience with CRM, Google Workspace, and Excel
Compensation Details
- Salary: $1500+
