Tasks
- Prepare driver/owner-operator statements
- Process factoring/invoices
- Monitor truck revenue (RPM)
- Verify load revenue/settlements
- Resolve payment issues with Dispatch
- Reconcile broker payments/deductions
- Manage AR/collections
- Maintain financial/operational records
- Support Finance Manager
- Improve cash flow/efficiency
Requirements
- Exp: 1+ Year U.S. Trucking Accounting/Operations
- U.S. Trucking/Dispatch Accounting exp
- Know Factoring/Statements/Settlements
- English proficiency
- Excel/Computer skills
- Detail-oriented/Organized
- Teamwork with Dispatch/Finance
