We're growing fast at Syncall, and we're expanding the team. Our AI voice agents already handle real calls, resolving 8 in 10 inbound calls without an operator. Now we're building the next chapter, and we need more great people to do it.
We're hiring: ML Engineer (NLP) — fine-tune STT, TTS, and LLMs, and deploy models to production.
Requirements
- Strong, proven experience in the field
- Strong Uzbek and Russian
- At least basic English
