About the Position
E-Track Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Logbook Specialist (ELD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ELD systems, a strong understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, and the ability to effectively communicate with drivers while ensuring full compliance with FMCSA requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor drivers’ logs and ensure ELD compliance.

Identify and correct logbook violations, form and manner errors.

Assist drivers with HOS regulations and ELD system-related issues.

Track available driving hours, recap hours, and compliance status.

Communicate with drivers regarding logbook updates and corrections.

Prepare log records for DOT inspections and audits.

Maintain accurate daily records, reports, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
Requirements

Experience working with ELD and logbook systems, preferably Quantum ELD and TT.

Strong knowledge of HOS and FMCSA regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and high level of responsibility.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and shifts as required.
